Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty through regular feedback and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and minimize churn, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
Provide clients with clear, actionable advice on insurance products and services, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Monitor and analyze client interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction.
Ability to communicate effectively and promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
