Kelley Kronenberg is adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Lateral Partner Recruiter to its Human Resources team in Fort Lauderdale. Day to day, you'll run full-cycle recruiting for staff and support positions across the Firm; while also being integral to a high-impact piece of our growth strategy: identifying and building relationships with lateral partners, of-counsel attorneys, and small firm owners who could be a fit to join Kelley Kronenberg. It's a role that blends traditional recruiting with real strategic sourcing, and gives you visibility into how the Firm grows.
This role sits at the intersection of traditional recruiting and firm growth strategy; you won't just fill open seats, you'll help shape which practices and partners join the Firm next.
