Job Title: Dog Greeter/Front of House.

Reports To: Manager / Facility Owner.
Shift Hours: Typically 6:15 AM – 1:00 PM (Adjust based on your opening hours).
Job Summary:
As our Dog Greeter/Front of House, you are the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our human and canine clients. Your primary mission is to kickstart the day with high energy, ensuring a warm, efficient, and safe check-in process during our busiest morning rush. You will balance exceptional customer service with strict safety protocols, managing the lobby flow so that dogs transition smoothly and safely from their owners to the playroom staff.
