Director of Product Marketing
The Director of Product Marketing owns positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for TELCOR's Point of Care (POC), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), RCM managed services, and AI solutions. This role requires deep familiarity with the laboratory, independent lab, and point-of-care markets, and the ability to translate complex healthcare technology into clear, differentiated value propositions for hospitals, health systems, and independent labs. The Director will lead product launches, competitive research, and sales enablement, define TELCOR's core value propositions, and guide product-related web content and collateral in partnership with the Corporate Communications team.
Positioning & Core Value Propositions
- Own positioning and messaging for TELCOR's POC, RCM, RCM managed services, and AI solutions, ensuring differentiation in a competitive healthcare technology landscape.
- Develop and maintain core value propositions for each solution area, grounded in customer and market insight.
- Ensure consistent, accurate product messaging is reflected across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials.
Product Launches
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product releases and major feature launches across POC, RCM, and AI solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Corporate Communications to ensure aligned, on-time launches.
- Define launch success metrics and report on adoption and market response post-launch.
Competitive Research
- Maintain ongoing competitive intelligence on vendors in the POC, independent lab, and RCM/RCM managed services markets.
- Produce competitive battlecards and market landscape analyses to inform Sales, Product, and executive strategy.
- Monitor market and regulatory trends affecting laboratories, point-of-care testing, and revenue cycle management.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, discovery guides, objection-handling resources, and ROI/value calculators.
- Deliver sales enablement guidance and training so the sales team can clearly and consistently articulate TELCOR's value in POC, RCM, and AI conversations.
- Partner with Sales leadership to gather field feedback and continuously refine messaging and tools based on what is (and isn't) resonating with prospects.
Content & Collateral Guidance
- Guide the Corporate Communications team on product-related web content, ensuring solution pages, case studies, and collateral accurately reflect current product positioning.
- Review and approve key product marketing collateral (data sheets, solution briefs, web copy) for accuracy and message consistency.
- Serve as the subject matter expert bridging Product Management and the broader Marketing organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, with direct experience in laboratory (independent labs and/or hospital labs), point-of-care solutions, and/or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Demonstrated success developing positioning and messaging for complex, technical healthcare products or services.
- Experience leading cross-functional product launches from planning through post-launch measurement.
- Strong sales enablement experience, including building tools and delivering training that sales teams actually use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
- Experience with RCM managed services / outsourced billing models.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled healthcare solutions and how to position AI capabilities credibly to clinical and revenue cycle audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
Work Environment
This role requires the ability to work in an office and/or hybrid environment, with occasional travel (up to 15%) for customer visits, industry events, and company meetings.
