Educational Requirements: A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required, along with supplemental college courses, training, or workshops in related fields. Any combination of training and experience, which would indicate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed herein, may be sufficient to meet the minimum qualifications. Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience supporting student information systems, attendance reporting, data management, or administrative operations within a public school district or educational institution is required. Experience with CALPADS reporting, student data validation, enrollment records, attendance accounting, report development, and compliance with state and federal education reporting requirements is preferred. Experience collaborating with school site personnel, administrators, and technology teams to maintain accurate and timely student information is highly desirable. Licensing, Certification, Testing Requirements: Fingerprint/criminal justice clearance; Tuberculosis clearance; a valid driver's license, and evidence of insurability are required.
