Pebble is looking for a driven, hands-on Quality Supervisor/Engineer to lead our internal quality inspection team and own quality across incoming, in-process, and outgoing production at our Fremont final assembly facility. This role is central to our "Zero Defects" philosophy you'll build the documentation and processes that make quality repeatable, act as the day-to-day quality voice with our contract manufacturer in China, and make sure defects get caught, understood, and pushed upstream before they can recur.
