Our healthcare client is seeking a Controller to assist the CFO in managing daily financial operations, including month-end close review, analysis, action planning, and key performance indicator monitoring. This role also involves oversight of supply chain and revenue cycle operations to ensure financial efficiency.
The Controller will support the Market CFO in safeguarding hospital assets and ensuring that financial statements, books, and records are prepared and maintained in compliance with GAAP. The role requires hands-on training, continuous improvement initiatives, and assistance to department leaders in market financial operations.
Additionally, the Controller will be responsible for preparing the Market's annual operating budget, managing routine forecasts, and ensuring audit compliance for GME and Lab operations. They will oversee Shared Services, Lab, and GME entities, along with other market support functions as required.
