As a line, sauté, grill, or fry cook, you’ll prepare fan-favorite favorites with care and consistency—while keeping your station clean, organized, and up to the highest sanitation standards. What you will do:
Live our Guest-Obsessed culture by doing what it takes to create a positive, memorable experience for every guest.
Prepare ingredients and follow recipes closely to ensure quality and consistency.
Use proper portioning techniques to meet standard servings.
Read tickets and prioritize items so food is prepared at the right time.
Keep your station spotless by cleaning floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and prep surfaces to maintain safe, sanitized conditions at all times.

Ability to understand and follow direction from others. * Ability to read recipes and memorize and replicate food production procedures. * Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. * Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment.
