JSG is seeking Jr. Data Analyst in Orange County, CA.- Hybrid. This role is for a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to operational excellence and process innovation. You will contribute to transforming how things are documented, streamlined, and will help optimize workflows—empowering onboarding, cross-training, and knowledge sharing across the organization. This pivotal role offers the chance to develop your analytical skills while making a tangible impact on company operations through process improvement and data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do:
Support the documentation of team processes, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and help create a central knowledge repository to enhance team efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and assist in developing reports and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making. Your work will directly contribute to improving onboarding experiences, cross-training programs, and operational transparency.
