Kitchen Team Member — Full-Time or Part-Time; Afternoon & Evenings

No restaurant experience is required. We provide hands-on training, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow based on your performance and the needs of the restaurant. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and stock food according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Bread chicken by hand and operate grills, pressure fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking procedures, and quality standards
- Work with focus and urgency to keep orders moving during busy periods
- Complete temperature checks and follow all food-safety procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with Team Members and leaders
- Keep workstations, equipment, floors, and storage areas clean and organized
- Sweep, mop, wash dishes, remove trash, and complete assigned cleaning responsibilities
- Unload deliveries and properly organize and store products
- Greet and treat guests warmly whenever you interact with them
- Support other Team Members and areas of the restaurant when needed

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Opening shifts may begin as early as 4:00 a.m. and end no later than 3:00 p.m.
- Availability requirements will depend on the position and schedule agreed upon at hiring
- Able to perform basic math and measurement tasks
- Able to work safely around hot cooking equipment
- Able to stand for periods of up to five hours
- Able to bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
