Our employer client is a wealth management firm out of Seattle and they are looking for their next employee to join their team. The client manager is the first point of contact for all service requests, handling a wide range of client needs including operations, banking, bill pay, reporting, and risk management. As a key member of the relationship team, they ensure a positive client experience through clear communication and timely, accurate issue resolution.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of client service experience; investment management experience highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. Bachelor's degree and/or 25 years of relevant work experience.
