This is not an ordinary job.
Have you ever wanted to join a rapidly growing company, work closely with its leadership, and help build something bigger than yourself?
This may be that opportunity.
Rios Center for Plastic Surgery & Medspa is entering an extraordinary period of growth. We are expanding our team, strengthening our technology and systems, extending our hours, and preparing for future locations and additional surgeons.
We are seeking a driven, energetic, and business-minded Patient Growth Executive.
This is not a traditional receptionist, front-desk, or customer-service position. It is a high-impact, performance-driven business-development role at the intersection of patient experience, relationship building, sales, technology, and growth.
You will report directly to the founder and CEO and work closely with our Client Experience Team to turn warm inquiries into consultations, consultations into life-changing patient experiences, and great patient experiences into lasting relationships and referrals.
YOUR MISSION
Create an extraordinary first impression, build genuine relationships, and help qualified prospective patients confidently take their next step.
Every lead represents a person who trusted us enough to raise their hand. Your job is to ensure that person feels seen, heard, valued, and guided.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Respond to new inquiries within five minutes whenever possible
Communicate with prospective patients by telephone, text, and approved digital channels
Make approximately 100–125 outbound calls per day when required
Build genuine relationships with prospective patients
Schedule qualified consultations
Build confidence and excitement before each consultation
Conduct persistent, professional follow-up without becoming pushy
Reactivate older leads and patients
Help reduce consultation no-shows
Maintain accurate lead ownership, statuses, notes, tasks, and opportunity values in the CRM
Track response time, contact rate, consultations booked, show rate, conversion, and revenue
Participate in call recording, review, coaching, and role-playing
Identify weaknesses in scripts, workflows, automations, and the prospective-patient journey
Work closely with the Client Experience Manager, sales consultants, marketing team, front office, and executive leadership
Help create referral, reactivation, and patient-retention programs
Contribute ideas that improve the patient experience and accelerate business growth
WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT
You will:
Become a key member of our Client Experience and Growth Team
Work under the direction and coaching of the Client Experience Manager.
Gain meaningful access to and mentorship from our founder and CEO
Participate in conversations about patient experience, business growth, and process improvement
Help improve the systems that guide prospective patients through their journey
Work inside a respected plastic surgery practice with more than five decades of history
Learn how a multimillion-dollar healthcare and aesthetics business operates
Directly influence consultations, patient satisfaction, and revenue growth
Have opportunities for advancement and future leadership as the organization expands
Be rewarded for measurable performance—not simply for occupying a chair
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
This is a performance-driven position. During the introductory period, we will evaluate:
Speed-to-lead
Call volume and quality
Contact rate
Consultations scheduled
Consultation show rate
Follow-up consistency
CRM accuracy
Communication ability
Coachability
Initiative
Contribution to the team
You will receive training, scripts, coaching, technology, and clear expectations. What you do with those tools is where you separate yourself.
THE FUTURE OF THIS ROLE
For the right person, this role can grow far beyond lead follow-up.
As the practice expands, you may have the opportunity to help build scripts and training systems, develop referral and retention programs, participate in growth planning, help launch new locations, and advance into a leadership position within our Client Experience and Growth Team.
This is an opportunity to arrive before the next chapter is written—and help write it.
HOW TO APPLY
