Job Description
Prepare budgets, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates for commercial projects Assist with bid solicitation, proposal development, and subcontractor pricing analysis Review plans, specifications, and construction documents for scope completeness Collaborate with operations and project teams during preconstruction activities Maintain accurate estimating records and support value engineering initiatives
The Successful Applicant
3+ years of estimating, project engineering, or construction coordination experience Experience developing project budgets and bid proposals Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills Experience with hospitality, restaurant, retail, or commercial construction preferred
