The purpose of this position is to manage all functions of the Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) including making pricing recommendations, marketing and the supervision of staff.

Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited college or university. technical, business, vocation, or correspondence school; with at least five (5) years of relevant and supervisory experience; or the City may consider an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
