Pay: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview
Stand-By Personnel is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving & Inventory Associate for a busy manufacturing environment in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is focused primarily on receiving incoming materials and components, maintaining accurate inventory records, and performing cycle counts.
This is a receiving-focused position. Shipping responsibilities are handled by a separate department.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials, parts, and components.
Verify received items against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
Confirm quantities and identify shortages, damages, or other discrepancies.
Accurately organize, label, and put away incoming inventory.
Perform regular cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory levels.
Research inventory discrepancies and report findings as needed.
Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and efficient.
Operate a forklift to move, stage, and store materials as required.
Coordinate with production and other departments to help ensure materials are available when needed.
Follow established inventory, receiving, and safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous receiving, inventory, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.
Cycle-counting or inventory-control experience is a plus.
Forklift experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to verify quantities and identify inventory discrepancies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Dependable attendance and reliable work habits.
Ability to communicate effectively with production and other departments.
The ideal Receiving & Inventory Associate will be organized, accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with inventory while helping keep materials moving efficiently through the facility.
