Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Washington, DC. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity that's perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll represent well-known brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community campaigns, providing exceptional service while helping customers learn more about products and services that meet their needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding face-to-face customer service at retail locations and promotional events

  • Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable product and service information

  • Build positive relationships by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions

  • Guide customers through the sign-up or purchasing process while ensuring a seamless experience

  • Maintain a professional and friendly approach during every customer interaction

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction and team objectives

  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is beneficial but not required

  • Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC
