Our Tax Controversy Practice represents individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in disputes with federal, state, and local tax authorities. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Enrolled Agent to join our growing team, with a focus on taxpayer representation in complex IRS collection and resolution matters.
Position Overview:
As an Enrolled Agent on our Tax Controversy team, you will represent clients directly before the IRS in collection and resolution matters, working closely with attorneys on complex cases. This role requires hands-on representation experience — not standard tax preparation — including negotiating resolutions, analyzing IRS account data, and preparing detailed financial disclosures on behalf of clients.
