Arrive before the floor warms up, confirm offsets, and dial in tools. You’ll read prints, set up, and run production with tight tolerances. When a tool wears, you troubleshoot, adjust, and keep parts flowing. By early afternoon, you’ve delivered accurate components for critical applications.
