We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Customer Experience Specialist to support customers throughout their service experience. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys helping people, researching information, managing details, and ensuring customers receive clear communication and reliable support.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and service expectations
• Respond to customer questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Research available services and options based on individual customer needs
• Provide customers with clear and accurate information to help them understand available options
• Assist with service requests, updates, changes, and routine needs
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer experience
• Follow up when additional information, confirmation, or action is required
• Review service information for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Provide confirmations, updates, and important service information
• Assist with resolving routine concerns by researching available solutions
• Identify missing information or potential concerns and take appropriate follow-up action
• Support a positive and organized customer experience from initial request through completion

• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
• Strong research and information-gathering abilities
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, hospitality, administration, coordination, or a related field is helpful but not required
