Home Health Care Marketer
Northglenn, CO | Office and Field-based

Premier Home Health Care Inc. is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Home Health Care Marketer to serve the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, help patients and families understand the home health services available to them, and support the growth of a compassionate local care team.


What you’ll do

• Develop and carry out marketing plans to grow awareness of Premier’s home health services.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare professionals.
• Visit referral partners regularly and represent Premier at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Share clear, accurate information about home health services and eligibility requirements.
• Track referral activity and marketing results to spot opportunities and guide outreach.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth referrals, patient onboarding, and a positive experience.

What you’ll bring

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• A self-directed, goal-oriented approach and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Knowledge of home health, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, and healthcare referral processes.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic marketing tools.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Healthcare marketing, home health, or medical sales experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, business, or a related field is also preferred. Salary will be discussed based on experince during the interview.
