JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Warehouse Operator, the primary duties and obligations include but are not limited to working with automotive parts and accessories, assisting in the warehouse stocking shelves, and performing essential clerical duties related to the warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload products from company delivery vehicles and accurately confirm & receive inbound shipments and returned goods.

• Collect COD and credit card payments from active accounts and customers.

• Stock shelves, receive goods, verify inventory, and accurately record data via scanner and/or manually.

• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to operate a smartphone for customer payment collection and timekeeping tasks.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software, including inventory database programs.

• Strong knowledge of customer and personal service principles, including customer needs assessment, meeting service quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.

• Excellent active listening skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

EDUCATION

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ABILITIES

• Consistently lift and carry 25-50 lbs.

• Safely climb platform ladders up to 12-14 feet in height.

• Perform physical movements such as bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching with the body, arms, and legs.

• Maintain close-range and safe-distance vision for detailed tasks.

• Navigate, maneuver, and drive warehouse vehicles safely.

• Apply maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.

• Demonstrate dexterity and coordination to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects quickly.

• Engage in physical activities requiring significant use of arms, legs, and the entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.

Potential Back-Up Driver Responsibilities

Based on business needs, this position may be assigned additional responsibilities as a back-up driver. If back-up driving responsibilities are added to your role, you will be notified in advance and provided with information regarding the additional duties and requirements.

Prior to assuming any driving responsibilities, you will be required to provide authorization for the Company to obtain and review your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and to meet all applicable Company driver eligibility requirements.

Assignment of back-up driver responsibilities will not occur until the required review and approval process is complete.
