Customer Service Dispatcher
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for our next problem-solving dispatcher. We’re looking for an organized dispatcher to help our growing customer base and field team prioritize service calls. You'll be responsible for preparing work schedules and handling customer requests and complaints. You’ll also communicate with field units and customers. You have data entry experience, basic computer skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds promising, apply today!
Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Plot and shift service calls when necessary
- Produce documents needed for dispatch
- Schedule service calls for customers and field teams
- Maintain records of service calls and arrival times
Input data and help release vehicles
Qualifications:
- Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
- Candidate should be comfortable working with people in dynamic and stressful conditions
- Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- We prefer applicants with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
