Compensation: $60,000-66,000 + Commission

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Support & Warehouse Operations Coordinator for a technology industry client in the Hurst, TX area. This role is responsible for supporting multiple sales teams with order processing, customer support, inventory management, and shipping coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales support, order management, customer service, shipping, inventory, or supply chain who enjoys variety, independence, and learning new processes.
Responsibilities

• 
  Process customer orders and ensure information is accurate and complete.
  
• 
  Support multiple sales teams with order processing, customer needs, and day-to-day operational requests.
  
• 
  Receive incoming products and prepare outgoing customer shipments using UPS and FedEx.
  
• 
  Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventory counts.
  
• 
  Track shipments and research delivery, documentation, or shipping issues as they arise.
  
• 
  Assist with domestic and international shipping; international shipping experience is not required and can be taught.
  
• 
  Maintain accurate order, invoice, licensing, and shipment records.
  
• 
  Complete basic software licensing tasks by following established processes and procedures.
  
• 
  Prioritize time-sensitive customer orders and shipping deadlines throughout the day.
  
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, inventory, and shipping needs.
  
• 
  Assist with general office responsibilities, including receiving deliveries, checking mail, and supporting visiting vendors.
  
• 
  Move between office and shipping responsibilities as daily priorities change.
  

Qualifications

• 
  1+ years of experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, office operations, shipping, inventory, supply chain, or a related function.
  
• 
  Experience working in a professional office environment.
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  
• 
  Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day decisions.
  
• 
  Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
  
• 
  Ability to research solutions and troubleshoot issues independently.
  
• 
  Comfortable working in a role that combines desk-based responsibilities with light warehouse and shipping activities.
  
• 
  Shipping, inventory, supply chain, or UPS WorldShip experience is a plus but not required.
  
• 
  International shipping experience is a plus but not required.
  
• 
  Reliable, organized, coachable, and able to adjust as priorities change.

Additional Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. Hours can offer some flexibility, with typical schedules of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be needed during busier month-end, quarter-end, or year-end periods.

Work Setup: 100% onsite in Hurst, TX. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
