Requirements:

• Nursing home experience strongly preferred
  
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in IL
  
• DEA license
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
  
• Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive salary: $115,000–$145,000 annually
