The ATM Hardware Manager is responsible for managing Queensborough's fleet of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Integrated Teller Machines (ITM). The ATM Hardware Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. The ATM Hardware Manager is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing consistent policies and procedures for the Cash Servicing Teammates and driving efficiency through process improvement. The ATM Hardware Manager responsibilities will include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing daily tasks, completing performance appraisals and supporting the Cash Servicing Teammates as needed.
