Delivery Manager, BPM Enablement Platform

About the Role
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to support a BPM Enablement Platform portfolio. This role will drive delivery coordination, vendor management, resource planning, and operational governance across platform initiatives. You will partner with business and technical teams to ensure successful execution of projects while maintaining strong delivery processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project intake, requirements gathering, and delivery planning activities.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracted resources, and statement of work (SOW) commitments.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Support resource forecasting, capacity planning, and operational governance.
- Maintain project and portfolio data within tools such as Planview and Azure DevOps.
- Prepare status reports and delivery updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, contract management, and financial governance processes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, project management, vendor management, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating software delivery initiatives with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors, resources, and contractual deliverables.
- Familiarity with procurement, contract management, and financial governance processes.
- Experience using project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Appian, BPM, workflow, or low-code platforms.
- Experience working with managed service providers and offshore teams.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery outcomes.
