Overview: Responsible for leveraging all available data extracting techniques and systems to drive incremental business growth through measurable improvements in slot and table game flow optimization. Provide strategic support to Slot management and Property Executive Management with directives, policies and procedures.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and abilities required.
Knowledge of all types of slot machines, slot computerization, slots tracking/auditing systems, and current marketing concepts. Strong analytical ability, especially with slot computing and financial reporting methods must be maintained. Team leader and innovator relating to marketing concepts. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of classified information. Must be competent with varies PC based software programs. Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff. Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics. Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma and Bachelor's Degree (B.A. / B.S.) from four year college or university. Degree qualifications may be met over time with approval of General Manager. Minimum 5 years experience in slot and/or video lottery terminal operations and minimum 5 years management experience. Strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to perform in fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid Driver's license and ability to obtain NIGC gaming license. Employer is a federally recognized Indian tribe, and is allowed by law to give Indian preference in hiring.
