South Coast Winery Resort & Spa is a luxurious resort that combines a working winery with one of the top hotels in Temecula Wine Country. Located just an hour's drive from San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles, it is an ideal destination for relaxing vacations, wine tasting tours, elegant events, and acclaimed dining experiences. Our resort offers a unique experience. This is a full time on site role for a General Manager located in Temecula CA. The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of two winery resorts, Carter Estate Winery Resort and South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of service and luxury. Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial oversight, marketing, and driving the overall vision and success of the resort. The General Manager will also be responsible for improving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment.
Compensation: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year

Carter Hospitality Group also serves as the owner-franchisee for Radisson Hotel Orlando Lake Buena Vista South, Orlando Florida. The company also owns the South Coast Winery in Temecula California, Carter Estate Winery in Temecula California and the Carter Creek Winery in Hill Country, Texas.
