Job Opportunity: Customer Relations Specialist

A local client of ours in Beaverton is seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to support customers with order taking, order processing, product selection, and general customer service. This position also includes hands-on production responsibilities, providing an opportunity to work both with customers and on the production floor.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service in person and over the phone.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Help customers select products and find the best options for their needs.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, issues, and updates.
• Assist customers with creating or customizing products when needed.
• Manage multiple customer orders and tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer and order information using computer systems.
• Assist with production and order fulfillment as needed.
• Work hands-on with products throughout the production process.
• Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate and work effectively with team members.
• Use creativity and problem-solving skills to assist customers and complete orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional customer service and production duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone.
• Comfortable using computers, keyboards, and basic computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to assist with hands-on production duties.
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $20.00 per hour
