Summary: Provides Learning And Development direction, coordination, and support of employee training initiatives within STULZ Air Technology systems Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Support the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors LMS, including course and learning path setup, training assignments, course requests, routine troubleshooting, learner support, and maintaining accurate training records. Coordinate and manage the logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs, including scheduling, learner communications, attendance tracking, materials preparation, technology and room setup, and follow-up activities. Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, organize, and support the delivery of effective learning programs. Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning experiences and training materials, including learner guides, presentations, eLearning content, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions (WIs), and other learning experiences. Facilitate or co-facilitate assigned instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning activities and provide logistical and instructional support to facilitators as needed. Maintain training attendance and completion records, including entering attendance data and providing training reports as needed. Support initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and organizational performance (job fairs, new role support, HR events, cross-functional training, etc.). Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience: College degree preferred with 2 or more years of related experience and/or training Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or other Training or Human Resources certification preferred Experience in Instructional Design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, Scribe, etc.) preferred Experience in Adult Learning/ Instructional design principles Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required SuccessFactors experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Language Skills: Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees Bi-lingual in Spanish or Burmese highly desired Mathematical Skills: Must have basic mathematics skills Physical Requirements: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
