Job Description
This is an exciting position with broad breath of project skills and self-motivation needed as the project is going to be fast paced with a small project team. Therefore, this individual will wear multiple hats and will be driving and doing many roles throughout the duration of this engagement including gathering requirements, creating workflows, guiding developers, and managing activities using agile/scrum practices, testing and validating acceptance criteria, reviewing and contributing to user training and documentation and, supporting users as the new process and system are rolled out to the various user groups within the organization.
This resource will be part of the ServiceNow Vendor Management Workspace Phase II initiative. Based on initial success of the previous ServiceNow rollout, which introduced Vendor Management Workspace (VMW) in ServiceNow for Statement of Work (SOW) and Change Order contracts in FY2022, we are continuing to modernize Company's approach to managing the contract process across all Contract Types (Software + Hardware + Misc. Governing Contracts). This effort will drive benefits across all stakeholders within the organization - not the least of which is driving strong process improvement, and a standardized approach with shared process across all organization and building a foundation which will be used for years to come.
