Degree in architecture or engineering plus four years experience OR a degree in building construction, architectural technology, etc. OR associate degree in building technology and seven years experience. Experience with contractors or in field inspection with A/E ten (10) to fifteen (15) years experience depending on quality of experience. Must be insurable by district insurance carrier.

Job Goal: To supervise all phases of the construction process to include programming, planning, design, building, and construction for projects within Jackson Public Schools.
