Event Promotions Assistant – Entry Level

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing marketing and promotions team.

In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced event coordinators to create engaging customer experiences, increase brand awareness, and support promotional campaigns at live events and community activations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in event marketing, promotional marketing, brand representation, customer engagement, and experiential marketing .

Paid training is provided, so previous event or marketing experience is not required.

What You’ll Do As an Event Promotions Assistant, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns and brand experiences to life through face-to-face customer engagement and event support.

Key Responsibilities Represent client brands at live events, retail activations, promotional events, and community campaigns Engage directly with customers and create positive, memorable brand experiences Learn about client products, services, and promotions through comprehensive training Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and promotional campaigns Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples, promotional materials, and campaign information Assist customers with orders, registrations, applications, and event sign-ups Support event setup, breakdown, logistics, and day-to-day event operations Monitor event traffic, customer interactions, and frequently asked questions Collect customer feedback and share insights with event and marketing teams Help improve customer engagement and campaign performance through effective communication Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and approachable presence throughout each event Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking outgoing, dependable, and customer-focused individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment.
