PSD Business System Administrator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the industry sector. In this role, you will contribute to operating the business system, delivering user support, and maintaining business systems. You will also prepare reports and analysis for assigned accounts/tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent and ongoing business system usage.
• Provide user assistance as required and coordinate the local user community.
• Deliver local user training as needed.
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of user accounts in the system.
• Monitor and ensure authorization of system account requests.
• Police and correct system errors and remove obsolete and duplicate items.
• Track and ensure a response to all system feedback, Help requests, bugs, and idea submissions.
• Maintain an organized archiving/e-filing system of corporate documents.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Contribute to quality customer service.

Requirements:

• Field experience in PSD.
• Reimbursable expenses: None. No Mileage, housing, per-diem, or relocation coverage.
• Shift & Work Hours: Day shift: 7AM-7PM, 11 days on / 3 days off, every other FRI/SAT/SUN.
