Job Title:

  • ERP Application Developer Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U.S.

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a ERP Application Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development.
  • The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform.
  • The ideal candidate combines strong Workday platform knowledge with practical engineering discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations.
  • In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.
  • The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.
  • Required Qualifications Five or more years of Workday technical experience.
  • Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.
  • Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.
  • Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security framework.
  • Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.
  • Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications Workday Pro certifications.
  • Experience with Workday Extend application development.
  • Familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.
  • Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
  • Experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.
