Today, the company operates two processing locations and markets products worldwide.Your MissionAs the FSQA Lead - Amarillo, you'll keep food safety moving at full speed-supporting the FSQA Supervisor while making sure plant-wide direction is clearly communicated and executed across QA. You'll verify daily records and CCPs, review documentation by area, and help respond fast when food safety concerns surface-escalating to the right responsible parties and leaders.Key requirements:- Act as liaison between Operations and USDA when FSQA supervision is unavailable- Basic computer skills (simple letters, spreadsheets, queries/data output)- Give breaks as needed; fill in across positions; step in for the Supervisor when required- Monitor OPSANs/GMPs/SSOPs and adherence to HACCP- Stand/walk on concrete 9-12 hours/day; lift 50+ lbs- Food Safety/HACCP experience; 6+ months beef processing/grind facility a plus (ground beef preferred)Ready to lead with integrity and urgency?
