As a Business Analyst in the PPMO, you will support DOJ modernization initiatives by eliciting and clarifying business needs, documenting processes and requirements, assisting with solution assessment, and supporting testing and implementation. You'll collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to transform stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation that guides delivery.
As a Business Analyst in the PPMO, you will:
Preferred qualifications include experience supporting large-scale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives, familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security practices, project/change management and facilitation skills (e.g., leading workshops and consensus-building), background working with relational or cloud-based data platforms, and strong ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
