Serve as the primary coordinator for personnel actions by processing recruitments, promotions, awards, and retirements using automated systems, and advises managers on regulatory requirements.
Manage incentive programs by researching eligibility, analyzing labor market challenges, and coordinating with the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) to implement them.
Formulate, justify, and coordinate the annual and multi-year operating budgets by analyzing historical expenditures, establishing cost projections, monitoring fund execution, and providing financial status reports to leadership.
Function as the primary coordinator for the Corps of Engineers Financial Management System (CEFMS), processing financial transactions including travel orders, travel vouchers, training requests, and purchase requisitions.
Manage the complete registration lifecycle for all technical training courses, including processing enrollments, maintaining participant databases, resolving scheduling conflicts, and issuing course completion certificates.
Function as the central collection authority for training course tuition by processing and reconciling payments from various sources, including Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs), Government Purchase Cards, and checks.
Conduct daily physical security checks of safes, managing incoming/outgoing classified correspondence, and utilizing proper destruction and storage protocols.
