Job Title: Entry Level Customer Service
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Start Date: 10/09

What You'll Do
As an Entry Level Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
• Customer Service including lots of phone communication. Following up with customers on shipping inquiries?
• Processing paperwork including checking for errors.
• Entering orders including data input, faxing and emailing.
• Assist sales with questions, quotes or order entry.
• Update website as needed
• Sales order and invoice filing

Location & Schedule
This position is on-site in Springfield, OR, with a steady schedule of Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
