FINANCIAL ANALYST
Location: Chandler, AZ (100% On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience
Reports To: Director of Finance
Status: Full-time, Exempt

A growing healthcare organization with multiple locations across Arizona and New Mexico is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. The company has expanded significantly over the past several years and continues to grow. This is an opportunity to work directly with leadership and have a real impact on financial strategy and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Director of Finance in monitoring performance, building models, and driving financial planning across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, financial modeling experience, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
