FINANCIAL ANALYST
Location: Chandler, AZ (100% On-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm)
Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience
Reports To: Director of Finance
Status: Full-time, Exempt

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Director of Finance in monitoring performance, building models, and driving financial planning across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, financial modeling experience, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against company goals and budgets
- Prepare budget versus actual and variance analysis reports on a regular basis
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting across all relevant entities
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate investment opportunities, profit plans, and operational performance
- Conduct deep-dive financial data analysis and provide forecasting support
- Translate data into actionable reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Partner with department heads on planning, budgeting, and cost management
- Identify and assess financial and operational risks
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership
- Develop assessment tools, including SOPs and workflow analyses, to evaluate company performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of healthcare accounting or finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets
- Experience building and maintaining financial models
- Proficiency with ERP systems and consolidating data from multiple platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Self-driven with a track record of managing complex projects
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent presentation skills to communicate insights from data

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and clinical research environment
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of finance and financial modeling
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
Work Environment:
On-site office setting in Chandler, AZ. Some interoffice travel may be required (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
