About Us We partner with nonprofit organizations to help bring important causes and community programs directly to the public.
Through local events, retail locations, and community outreach, we create opportunities for people to learn about causes they care about and get involved.
We’re growing our team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build valuable professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll interact directly with the public, introduce people to nonprofit programs and campaigns, answer questions, and encourage community participation and support.
This is an in-person, active position that’s a great fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating face-to-face, and working toward goals as part of a team.
Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners at community events and outreach locations Start conversations with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner Provide information about nonprofit programs, campaigns, and initiatives Encourage participation and support for fundraising campaigns Help create a positive experience for community members and event attendees Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown when needed Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals Maintain a professional and positive presence while representing nonprofit partners Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with new people in public settings Positive attitude and professional demeanor Reliable, punctual, and dependable Self-motivated and goal-oriented Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, sales, or fundraising is helpful but not required Willingness to learn Compensation Performance-based pay structure Typical weekly earnings of $600–$900 , depending on individual and team results Paid training Growth Opportunities We believe strong team members should have the opportunity to grow.
