Position: Technician I
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Training: Approximately 1–2 weeks 7am-3pm
Overtime: Available and voluntary

Job Summary

The Electronics Technician I is responsible for calibrating and performing verification tests on pressure transducer assemblies. This position involves loading and unloading test manifolds, completing calibration and test verification procedures, printing test results, and grading parts according to established standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Calibrate pressure transducer assemblies.
• Perform verification testing according to established procedures.
• Load and unload test manifolds.
• Review and document test results accurately.
• Print test results and grade parts based on specifications.
• Read and follow test documents, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Perform basic soldering operations.
• Maintain an organized and safe work area.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet production goals.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds to shoulder level.
• Complete all work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.
• Basic soldering experience.
• Ability to read and understand test documents and work instructions.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are required.
• Ability to occasionally lift approximately 20 pounds to shoulder level.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening; marijuana is not included in the testing panel.
• Must successfully complete a seven-year criminal background check before the start date.

Dress Code

The dress code is casual. T-shirts and jeans are acceptable. Work boots are not required.
