We’re looking for an experienced injection molding Process Engineer who approaches molding scientifically.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on new processes, production launches, troubleshooting and variation reduction.
What you'll actually be doing
You’ll work with thermoplastic injection molding processes from development through production.
That includes:
Tooling → Process Development → IQ → OQ → PQ → Production
You’ll provide early input into tooling, participate in IQ and OQ, take ownership of PQ, troubleshoot molding problems and help production teams understand the process rather than simply react to it.
