Kelly Services is seeking a Swing Reach Operator / Material Handler to join our warehouse team. We are hiring for a day and afternoon shift. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable candidates with forklift and RF scanner experience who are looking for long-term employment and growth.
Schedule Day Shift - $17.25

• Monday - Thursday: 6:30am-4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am-11:30am

Schedule Afternoon Shift - $18.25

• Monday - Thursday: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required
• Experience operating a Swing Reach forklift preferred
• Must have experience using RF scanner equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and identify products across all warehouse departments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments while verifying quantities and product quality
• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process warehouse transactions
• Stock and organize products in designated warehouse locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to supervisors
• Identify and handle damaged or expired products according to company procedures
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping functions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Develop knowledge of products across all warehouse departments
