Program Manager – Aircraft Interiors (Passenger Seating)
Location: Everett, WA (Hybrid/On-site; moderate domestic & international travel)
Compensation: $115,000 – $176,000 + $2,500 Sign-on Bonus + Full Benefits
A premier aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, commercial aircraft passenger seating programs from contract award through delivery. In this high-impact role, you will orchestrate cross-functional global teams, direct master schedules, manage budgets, and serve as the central technical liaison for major airline customers and tier-one partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Execution: Build and manage master phasing schedules (WBS), milestones (ITCM, PDR, CDR), and resource allocations across engineering, manufacturing, and certification teams.
- Financial & Risk Management: Own program budgets, monthly project forecasts, scope-change proposals, and robust risk-mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive clear communication between executive leadership, customers, suppliers, and marketing/sales on all contractual and technical deliverables.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated program management experience in the aerospace or commercial aircraft industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline (Engineering preferred).
- Skills: Strong expertise in aerospace certification data, baseline schedule controls, scope management, and contract negotiation. Exceptional customer-facing and executive presentation skills.
