About the Role

Are you a new grad who wants to build something that matters from day one? At Solace, you won't be relegated to busywork or endless onboarding, you'll be contributing to real work with real impact within your first weeks. This isn't a hand-holding job. You'll be challenged daily, expected to move fast, learn faster, and take ownership of your work like a seasoned professional.

This posting isn't tied to a single team or role. We're building a pipeline of exceptional 2027 grads across engineering, product, design, data, operations, marketing, sales, and beyond so we can match you to the right opening as our hiring needs evolve.

You'll join a spectacularly talented team who will push you to grow, but you'll also be expected to think independently, ask the right questions, and own your work from start to finish. This is an in-person role based in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week. Start date: July 2027. Specific team, function, and start-date details will be confirmed once you're matched to an open role.

What You'll Do

• Contribute meaningful work in your first weeks. Not busywork, but things that actually matter to the business.

• Learn the full lifecycle of your discipline, from early planning through execution and follow-through.

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end. You'll be accountable for what you produce, and you'll feel the weight and pride of that responsibility.

• Work directly with experienced teammates across functions including engineers, product managers, designers, analysts, and more. You'll have mentorship, but you'll also be expected to drive your own work forward.

• Dig into unglamorous but essential work such as cleaning up processes, fixing what's broken, and improving systems.

• Move fast and iterate. We favor shipping and learning over waiting for perfect.

• Participate in reviews, planning sessions, and team discussions. Your voice matters here, even on day one.

What You Bring to the Table

• A bachelor's degree in any field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

• Strong fundamentals in your area of study, with evidence you can apply them to real problems.

• Projects, coursework, internships, research, leadership roles, or extracurriculars that show you can build, execute, and follow through. We care about what you've done, not just what you studied.

• A hunger to learn and an ego small enough to admit when you don't know something.

• Grit. You don't give up when things get hard. You dig in, you ask questions, you figure it out.

• Strong communication skills. You can explain your thinking, take feedback without defensiveness, and collaborate with people across different functions.

• Extreme bias toward action. You'd rather produce something imperfect and iterate than wait for perfect.
