This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the Recreation Center's fitness services, expand personal training opportunities, develop innovative programs, and build a strong team of fitness professionals dedicated to improving the health and wellness of our community. The Exercise & Wellness Recreation Coordinator will play a key role in the growth and day-to-day management of personal training, group exercise, and other fitness and wellness programs. It requires developing relationships with participants, identifying changing community needs, supporting high-quality fitness professionals, and continually evaluating opportunities to improve participation and retention. Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate and/or possess the following:
- Personal Training Experience: Experience providing or coordinating personal training services, including client consultations, goal setting, client acquisition, trainer-client matching, follow-up, and retention.
