Tulare is a full-service charter city with approximately 400 full-time employees. We are seeking a skilled construction coordinator to lead contract administration, ensure compliance, and drive our capital improvement projects (CIP) to successful completion. Working under the general supervision of the senior project manager, you will serve as a vital link between contractors, field inspectors, utility companies, and the public.

You will have a high degree of independence, overseeing major capital projects from pre-construction to final closeout. You will also serve as a mentor and guide to field personnel, helping elevate the quality of our inspection team.
