Job Summary Qualifications And Level
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrable experience; relevant cloud, Agile, mobile, security or platform certifications are advantageous. Senior/lead profile: owns complex outcomes, mentors team members and influences architecture, quality and stakeholder decisions. Strong written and spoken English, collaborative delivery behavior and disciplined handling of customer code, credentials and data. Certification required in AWS/GCP/Azure. Certification on using AI for Software engineering.
Role Purpose
Own the product and modernization backlog, translate Hand Held and End Customer needs into prioritized AI Factory use cases, and drive accepted outcomes through the IntakeDeliverDeploy lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the product backlog, priorities, acceptance criteria and six-week platform or customer release content. Lead application intake, use-case definition, complexity-tier alignment, wave readiness and dependency tracking. Maintain the use-case catalogue, product requirements documents and roadmap for Android, iOS, peripherals and self-service capabilities. Coordinate Hand Held, End Customer SMEs, architecture, engineering, QA and delivery teams for HITL gates and UAT readiness. Use KPI, customer feedback and lessons learned to prioritize automation, pattern reuse and quality improvements.

Prioritized and groomed backlog; approved PRDs and acceptance criteria; release and wave readiness; timely HITL decisions; planning effectiveness ?90%; customer satisfaction ?8/10.
