About the role

Miebach Consulting is looking for a driven, curious, and detail-oriented Marketing Content Intern to support the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and marketing communications across North America.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing and editing, understands how content needs to change for different audiences, and is interested in learning how marketing supports professional services and consulting business.

You will work closely with the marketing team and subject-matter experts to develop, refine, position, and publish content across multiple channels. Much of your work will involve turning complex ideas and expert insights into clear, engaging content for business audiences.

The role will include opportunities to work across multiple written content formats, both digital and print, as well as the visuals that support these communications. This is a part-time, in-office position located in Fishers, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Activation

• Transform approved thought leadership, podcasts, webinars, presentations, and event content into coordinated marketing assets across web, email, , and other channels.
• Develop derivative copy and visuals from established messaging and source materials, extending the reach and value of Miebach's expertise across multiple formats.
• Support longer-form content development through research, drafting from approved outlines, editing, formatting, and preparation for publication.
• Prepare and publish approved content while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Miebach's brand and established messaging.

SME & Podcast Content Coordination

• Coordinate interviews and content development with Miebach subject-matter experts, including scheduling, recording logistics, transcripts, approvals, and other production needs.
• Capture and organize insights from SME conversations using objectives, interview frameworks, and output templates established by the marketing team.
• Support the Speaking of Supply Chain podcast from guest outreach and recording coordination through approvals, publishing, and promotion.
• Turn podcast and SME conversations into derivative content that extends expert perspectives into additional marketing channels and formats.

Visual Content & Presentation Production

• Create professional visual assets that strengthen written and digital content while maintaining Miebach's established visual identity.
• Develop polished presentations from GTM-provided storylines and content frameworks using established templates, brand standards, and design principles.
• Support development of Miebach's solution-family and other marketing presentations by improving visual consistency, clarity, and usability.
• Adapt visual content across presentations, campaigns, events, social media, and other formats to create a cohesive audience experience.

Campaign, Event & Marketing Support

• Support campaign and event execution through content coordination, speaker logistics, promotional materials, approvals, publishing, and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate marketing deliverables and timelines to help move content efficiently from approved concept through production and activation.
• Support performance reporting to help the marketing team understand audience engagement and improve future content and campaign execution.
• Provide periodic support for marketing contact-data quality and processing of leads generated through web forms, events, and other marketing activities.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to grammar, clarity, and detail.
• Demonstrated ability to write, edit, and organize information for a specific audience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Comfortable learning new tools and working across digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions and learn from subject-matter experts.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

Preferred

• Experience creating or editing professional, academic, or published content.
• Experience with email marketing platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Experience creating visual content to support written communications.
• Interest in B2B marketing, professional services, consulting, supply chain, or other complex business-to-business industries.
• Experience using data or performance metrics to evaluate and improve content.

What You Will Gain

This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B content marketing and professional-services marketing, with exposure to the full content lifecycle: from developing and editing ideas through audience positioning, visual production, publishing, promotion, and performance analysis.

You will work with experienced marketers and subject-matter experts and gain experience communicating complex business topics to professional audiences across multiple channels.
